Iso Poochie pehmo - Big Poochie plush toy

 Törmäsin Patinassa ihanan isoon Poochie pehmoleluun, jota on selvästikin rakastettu paljon elämänsä aikana kunnosta nähden.

Poochie on Mattelin 80-luvulla tuottama hahmo, josta on tehty pehmoleluja, leimasimia, koruja ja toimistotarvikkeita.

 While in Patina I came across this large lovely Poochie plushie and from the condition you can tell she has been loved very much.

Poochie is Mattel produced character in the 80's, from which they made plushies, stamps, vanity and stationary items.

Poochien sisältä tuli iso kassillinen pehmustetta

 Poochie's insides filled a large bag full with stuffing.

 Pehmo oli niin iso ettei se mihinkään vatiin tai ämpäriin mahtunut, niinpä varastolaatikko tuli apuun.

Plushie was so large it couldn't fit any basin or bucket, so a plastic box came to the rescue.

Raukka näyttää hätää kärsivältä märkänä.

Poor thing looks absolutely miserable when wet.

Täyttämisen ja harjaamisen jälkeen Poochiesta tulikin nätti koiruli.

After stuffing and brushing, Poochie turned into a pretty doggie.

Hasbron ja The Bridge Directin tuottamat My Little Ponyt ovat vihdoin saapuneet kauppoihin.
Nämä ovat uusiotuotantoa perustuen vanhoihin 80-luvun poneihin.
Alkuvuodesta Kuusi ensimmäistä keräilyponia tulivat myyntin Yhdysvalloissa, yhtiö ei kuitenkaan aikonut tehdä samaa Euroopassa vaan aloittivat sateenkaariponeilla, koska ne ovat tutumpia heille.
Sateenkaarisarjan piti tulla Eurooppaan ennen Yhdysvaltoja, julkaisuaikana Huhtikuu, aika kuitenkin siirtyi kokoajan eteenpäin (poikkeuksena Ranska) ja Yhdysvallat sai sateenkaariponit kesäaikaan ja jo kolmannenkin sarjan, yksisarviset ja pegasukset loppukesästä.

Hasbro's ja The Bridge Direct's produced My Little Ponies have finally arrived to stores in Finland.
These are reproductions based on original 80's ponies.
Early this year six of the collector ponies were released in USA, Company wasn't going to do the same in Europe, instead they started with rainbow ponies, because EU people are more familiar with them.
Rainbows were first supposed to be released in April, but date got continuously moved forward (Expect France). USA already got rainbows during summer and even third series unicorns and pegasuses in late summer.

Metrokirppis - 8-Bit Event v2.0 - Retropeli ja lelutapahtuma on Helsingissä Metrokirppiksen järjestämä myyntitapahtuma johon voi tulla myymään leluja, videopelejä ja lautapelejä, pöytävuokrana 20€. Tämä tuli tietooni vasta edellisenä päivänä, joten en päässyt paikan päälle myymään, mutta toivon pääseväni seuraavan kerran joka pidetään 15-16.12.2018.

Metro fleamarket - 8-Bit Event v2.0 - Retro game and toy event was held at Helsinki Metrokirppis in which it's possible to sell toys, video games and board games, table rent being 20€. This came to my knowledge the day before, so I couldn't sell my wares, but I hope I will get to next time which is held 15-16.12.2018.

Brush-a-Loves

 Kirpputorilla käydessäni löysin vaaleanpunaisen Brush-a-Loves pehmolelun. Karhu raukka näytti surkealta, oli likainen, hiukset takussa ja kampa sotkuinen.

While visiting a thrift store, I found a Brush-a-Loves plushie. Poor bear looked sad, was dirty, hair messy and tail brush full of hair.

 Oli aika nostaa hihat ylös ja käydä töihin.

Tyhjensin karhun täytteistä ja laitoin pesuaineveteen likoamaan.

It was time to get to work.

I emptied the bear of stuffing and put it to soak in soapy water.

 Kuivumassa.

Niin ihana kuin karhusta tulikin, minulla ei oikein ole tilaa pehmoille, joten laitoin hänet adoptoitavaksi.

As lovely as the bear turned out to be, I don't have much space for plushies,
so I put her for an adoption.

Retronurkka: New-Ray Novelty kissat ja koirat

^ Elikkäs, tällä hetkellä olen onnistunut kirpputoreilta löytämään kaksi kissaa ja neljä koiraa.

Nämä ovat New-Ray Novelty merkkisiä onttoja, pehmeä muovisia kissoja ja koiria 80-luvun lopulta ja 90-luvun alusta.

^ So, I have managed to find two cats and four dogs from various fleamarkets.

These are New-Ray Novelty branded hollow, soft plastic cats and dogs from end of 80's and beginning of 90's.

^ Täytyy myöntää että pidän kissoista enemmän, niiden pulleahkon muodon ja muovisten silmien takia.

^ Have to admid I like the cats more for their rounder bodies and plastic eyes.
